One call, thirty to sixty minutes.

Who implemented what you have. What failed, and why. What outcome you actually wanted. How many people need the data, and how often. We keep asking why until we reach the root cause rather than the surface complaint.

Step 2 · Walk the data

We sit with your best person.

Most companies will not hand over a login, and they should not have to. We identify the person on your team who knows the data and review how the lake, or the manual process, is really structured and used.

Step 3 · Recommend

A recommendation, in writing.
